These terms describe the Anyhaus marketing, membership, demand aggregation, and booking coordination service operated by HOPn UG.
Anyhaus is a product of HOPn UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Weichterstr. 1, 86807 Buchloe, Germany. Anyhaus provides membership access, demand aggregation, destination discovery, quote support, and booking coordination. Anyhaus does not own the hotels, hostels, coliving spaces, apartments, or private homes shown or discussed.
Membership fees cover access and coordination features described at the time of purchase. Stay packages, flights, deposits, local taxes, and partner charges are quoted separately unless explicitly included in a confirmed offer. Business seat terms may be agreed separately in writing.
Availability, final prices, deposit requirements, house rules, cancellation windows, check-in rules, and partner confirmations vary by destination and operator. A booking is only binding when the applicable offer and payment or confirmation process is completed. Members are responsible for reviewing all quote terms before confirming.
Members must provide accurate information, maintain valid contact and payment details where required, respect partner property rules, comply with local laws and visa requirements, and avoid misuse of the portal or lead forms.
Member + Fly and related offers may include flight credit or flight coordination support, not unrestricted air travel. Airlines, accommodation operators, payment providers, and other third parties remain responsible for their own services and terms.
