FAQ

Answers before the first move.

A quick guide to what Anyhaus is, what it is not, and how membership connects to booking.

Does Anyhaus own properties?

No. Anyhaus is a demand aggregation and booking layer. It connects members with vetted stay categories and coordinates confirmation workflows.

What does membership include?

Membership includes access to curated destination briefs, saved preferences, quote support, booking coordination, and member-only stay request workflows. Stay packages and flights are quoted separately unless a confirmed offer says otherwise.

How much does membership cost?

Free access is €0 for the waitlist. Member is €20/month or €150/year. Member + Fly is €52/month. Business plans are priced per employee per year.

Are stay package prices final?

No. The hostel, Airbnb-style, hotel, and private stay ranges are indicative planning bands. Final prices depend on destination, season, availability, stay length, deposits, local taxes, and partner terms.

Are deposits required?

Some partners may require deposits, prepayments, or security holds. Anyhaus surfaces those requirements in the quote before a member confirms.

How do cancellations work?

Cancellation rules vary by operator, stay type, season, and offer. Members must review the cancellation window and refund terms attached to each confirmed quote.

Can flights be included?

Flight credit is optional in Member + Fly and eligible briefs. It supports stay-plus-flight planning but does not mean unlimited flight coverage.

Can companies buy seats?

Yes. Business and Business+ VIP plans support companies that need repeatable remote-stay access for employees, founders, offsites, or work-from-anywhere programs.

Can property operators partner with Anyhaus?

Yes. Hotels, hostels, coliving spaces, and private-home operators can introduce inventory through the partners page for review.

Are listed properties live partners?

Seed properties in development are placeholders. Live partner availability is confirmed through the booking workflow.
